Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
2, record 1, French, - aileron
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 OBS
3, record 1, French, - aileron

For a symmetric airfoil the upper surface is a reflection of the lower surface and the mean camber line will fall on top of the chord line. But in most cases, the mean camber line and the chord line are two separate lines. The maximum distance between the two lines is called the camber, which is a measure of the curvature of the airfoil (high camber means high curvature). The maximum distance between the upper and lower surfaces is called the thickness. 2, record 3, English, - curvature

2, record 3, French, - courbure

It is constituted of several cylindrical balloons called "Modules Aérostatiques Pilotables" (MAP) which are assembled in an ovoid shape aerodynamically operational. The vortex circulation is outward, upward and around the wing tips when viewed from either ahead or behind the aircraft. Tests with large aircraft have shown that the vortices remain spaced a bit less than a wingspan apart, drifting with the wind, at altitudes greater than a wingspan from the ground. In view of this, if persistent vortex turbulence is encountered, a slight change of altitude and lateral position (preferably upwind) will provide a flight path clear of the turbulence. 3, record 15, English, - vortex%20turbulence

4, record 15, French, - turbulence%20cr%C3%A9%C3%A9e%20par%20les%20tourbillons
