La carte de note a d’abord été un carton sur lequel on inscrivait la note accordée à l'athlète en sports jugés(gymnastique, plongeon, nage synchronisée, saut à ski, etc.). L'ont remplacée les séquences de cartons en numérotation continue articulés sur un rabat, que les juges utilisaient pour composer la note(avec centièmes de points) attribuée. Avec l'avènement de l'électronique, la carte de note n’ est plus utilisée qu'au cours d’événements où les installations ne comprennent pas encore de matériel électronique, ou comme système d’appoint en cas de bris du système de marquage électronique. 4, record 1, French, - carte%20de%20notes
