Les anticorps anti-épiderme sont des anticorps dirigés contre certains déterminants antigéniques des épithéliums malpighiens (peau, muqueuse buccale, muqueuse œsophagienne, cornée). [...] La fixation des anticorps anti-épiderme se fait selon les sérums sur la substance intercellulaire des cellules de Malpighi ou sur la membrane basale dermo-épidermique. [...] Les anticorps anti-substance intercellulaire sont trouvés principalement dans le pemphigus. Les anticorps anti-membrane basale dermo-épidermique sont essentiellement trouvés dans la maladie de Duhring-Brocq dans la forme à grosses bulles.
