Based on the safety performance of the licensee and the inclusive organizational arrangements to deal with safety issues at the facility as they arise, the Commission is satisfied that McMaster University is making, and will continue to make, adequate provisions to protect workers at the MNR [McMaster Nuclear Reactor] from conventional, non-radiological hazards.
