Il existe une certaine confusion dans l'esprit des pêcheurs quant à l'appellation à utiliser pour désigner cette large catégorie de leurres que les Américains nomment «plugs». Comme il faut bien trancher quelque part, nous allons utiliser le terme poisson-nageur pour désigner ces leurres - imitant généralement un petit poisson - qui sont pourvus d'un «plongeoir ou d'une bavette».
