Transport Canada. The Regulatory Services is responsible for developing and maintaining aeronautical legislation through the Canadian Aviation Regulation Advisory Council. It is responsible for enforcing the regulations and taking corrective action (through fines, prosecutions and licence/certification suspensions). A legal team assists in presenting cases before the Civil Aviation Tribunal.
