As of March 2017, over 2,500 public servants and more than 90 deputy ministers and heads of agencies have signed the mental health pledge, whereby they commit to creating a healthy, respectful and supportive workplace by understanding that every person is valuable and deserves to be treated with respect, by educating themselves about mental health and its challenges, and by using appropriate language when talking about mental health and encouraging positive discussions.

En date de mars 2017, plus de 2 500 fonctionnaires et plus de 90 sous-ministres et dirigeants d'organisme avaient signé l'engagement relatif à la santé mentale, par le truchement duquel ils s'engagent à créer un milieu de travail sain, respectueux et empreint de soutien, en tenant compte du fait que chaque personne est utile et mérite d’être traitée avec respect, en se renseignant sur la santé mentale et ses défis, en utilisant une terminologie appropriée lorsqu’ils discutent de santé mentale, et en encourageant les discussions positives.
