As of March 2017, over 2,500 public servants and more than 90 deputy ministers and heads of agencies have signed the mental health pledge, whereby they commit to creating a healthy, respectful and supportive workplace by understanding that every person is valuable and deserves to be treated with respect, by educating themselves about mental health and its challenges, and by using appropriate language when talking about mental health and encouraging positive discussions. 2, record 1, English, - mental%20health%20pledge
