Manœuvre de kinésiologie de flexion latérale contrariée par pression de l'épaule. Le médecin pose sa main contre la joue (droite, par exemple) du patient, alors que son autre main appuie sur l'épaule du même côté. Quand le médecin appuie sur l'épaule, le patient doit opposer sa tête en flexion latérale, contre la main du médecin. Si le patient ressent une douleur, le test est positif.
