The Leadership Table on Homelessness (LTH) is a community-based initiative focused solely on eliminating chronic homelessness in Ottawa. It was launched in June 2008, with the support of United Way Ottawa, City of Ottawa, Ottawa Community Housing, Champlain Local Health Integration Network, Alliance to End Homelessness, Provincial and Federal government departments, and many others. Le Forum du leadership sur le sans-abrisme, lancé en juin 2008, est une initiative communautaire qui se concentre uniquement sur l'élimination de l'itinérance chronique à Ottawa, avec l'appui de Centraide Ottawa, de la Ville d'Ottawa, de Logement communautaire d'Ottawa, des Réseaux locaux d'intégration des services de Champlain, de l'Alliance pour mettre un terme à l'itinérance, de divers ministères provinciaux et fédéraux, et d'autres intervenants.
