Durant les 4 premiers mois de sa vie, voire même les 6 premiers mois, le lait maternel ou le lait 1er âge couvre les besoins nutritionnels de votre enfant. C'est entre son 4ème et son 6ème mois que le lait de suite (lait 2ème âge) peut prendre le relais jusqu'à l'âge de 12 mois; 500 ml est un minimum pour satisfaire ses besoins. Enrichi en fer, en acides gras essentiels et en vitamines (C, D et E...), la composition du lait de suite convient beaucoup mieux à votre enfant que le lait de vache. Il peut lui être donné dans un biberon, dans des purées et des potages.
