On utilise souvent le lait condensé non sucré en tant qu'azurant pour le café, mais pas en Suisse où la crème à café s'est imposée. Le lait écrémé condensé et le lait écrémé condensé sucré sont utilisés en tant que produits semi-finis dans la production de denrées alimentaires.
