Bâtonnet ou branche d'armoise, employé en médecine traditionnelle chinoise, qui est brûlé au contact de la peau dans les régions déterminées et dont les effets sont comparables à ceux de l'acupuncture (...) Par ext. Recours à cette thérapeutique, utilisation des moxas. Le moxa est encore pratiqué au Japon.
