English

Subject field(s)
  • North American Football
OBS

The forearm shiver is a straight-out shot executed by the defensive lineman using the heel of his hand, and then locking his elbows. The forearm shiver is usually used when he is in pursuit and a back or guard is coming out to get him. He should extend the palm of his hand out and lock his elbow and give him a real jolt and try to knock him off balance and down.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Football nord-américain
OBS
