Manitoba Conservation. The purpose of the Environmental Youth Corps Funding Program is to encourage Manitoba youth to voluntarily participate in projects that improve and protect Manitoba's environment. The program stresses the importance of local action for sustaining the environment. It offers Manitoba's young people an opportunity to prepare for the environmental challenges of tomorrow by helping them gain valuable education and experience today.
