In the context of supporting «La Relève» initiatives for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) employees, the department is implementing an EX Bridging Program to accelerate the appointment, training and marketing of worthy candidates and to ensure better representation in the EX group in DFO. Dans le contexte de l'appui concernant les initiatives de «La Relève» pour les employés du ministère des Pêches et des Océans (MPO), le Ministère met en œuvre un programme tremplin en vue d'accélérer la nomination, la formation et le marketing de candidats méritoires et afin d'assurer une meilleure représentation du groupe EX dans le MPO. Le programme est géré pour l'ensemble du Ministère, sous la direction générale du sous-ministre et avec l'entière collaboration de tous les sous-ministres adjoints et des directeurs généraux régionaux.
