A group of symptoms caused by the compression of the median nerve in the wrist, and more precisely, in the carpal tunnel.

OBS

Symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome include pain of the hand and wrist, as well as tingling and numbness possibly involving the entire hand, but often limited to parts of the thumb, index, middle finger and ring finger through which the median nerve passes.

Mise en œuvre de lois d'atténuation dites GVT (gain variable dans le temps) qui évite la saturation en zone proche. Cette mesure est efficace sur les échos de sol mais, étant appliquée sans distinction d'angle de site (il n'existe pas de discrimination dans le plan vertical), elle est défavorable aux cibles utiles proches. Efficacité limitée en cas d'échos fixes forts, qui se trouveraient hors de la dynamique maximale autorisée par les plus fortes valeurs d'atténuation.

Pour éviter les risques de saturation du récepteur, programmation du gain de celui-ci en fonction du temps. Ainsi, le gain est faible pour les cibles proches et élevé pour les cibles éloignées.

When required, Canadian interpretations, additional airworthiness requirements and operating rules will be addressed by a TC supplement, which will be developed by the MMEL Review Group and produced by Transport Canada. The TC supplement will constitute a mandatory change to the foreign MMEL and will be used in conjunction with it. Where the two documents differ, the TC supplement will supersede the accepted MMEL.
