La Semaine des transports collectifs et alternatifs (STCA) est organisée par Accès transports viables - Regroupement des utilisateurs et des utilisatrices des transports collectifs et alternatifs du Québec métropolitain. Cet évènement annuel connaîtra cette année sa 14e édition. À travers diverses activités, la STCA a pour but de sensibiliser et d'informer la population de Québec sur les bénéfices liés à l'utilisation des transports collectifs et alternatifs par opposition à l'auto «solo». Édition après édition, Accès transports viables tente de varier les activités de la STCA afin de susciter l'intérêt des citoyens et des citoyennes. La STCA existe depuis 1992. Sa visibilité grandissante permet chaque année une sensibilisation efficace de la population sur les impacts et les enjeux liés aux déplacements individuels en automobile.

The generation of short term conflict alerts is a function of an ATC radar data processing system. The objective of the STCA function is to assist the controller in maintaining separation between controlled flights by generating, in a timely manner, an alert of a potential infringement of separation minima.

La génération d'avertissements de conflit à court terme est une fonction du système ATC de traitement des données radar. L'objectif de la fonction STCA est d'aider le contrôleur à maintenir la séparation entre vols contrôlés en générant en temps opportun un avertissement l'informant d'une infraction potentielle au minimum de séparation.

El objetivo de la función STCA es prestar ayuda al controlador para mantener la separación entre vuelos controlados generando oportunamente una alerta acerca de una posible infracción de las mínimas de separación.
