Anomalies urétrales du syndrome de «prune-belly». Le syndrome de «prune-belly» est un syndrome rare dont la prévalence est estimée à 1 pour 20 000 naissances associant hypoplasie ou déficience de la musculature abdominale (responsable de l'aspect «fripé» du revêtement cutané), anomalies de l'appareil urinaire et cryptorchidie (bien que ce syndrome soit également décrit chez les filles).

La constipation est un symptôme et non un diagnostic. Dans tous les cas, il faut rechercher la cause, qui peut souvent être corrigée [...]. Autres causes : hypothyroïdie, aplasie congénitale de la paroi abdominale (prune-belly syndrome).
