En résumé, les apports des féministes à la victimologie sont considérables. Entre autres, le mouvement des féministes et des activistes provictimes a permis que les victimes aient accès à des services pour répondre à leurs besoins, et que les pratiques soient adaptées aux victimes, notamment celles du système judiciaire. Ce mouvement a aussi contribué à la sensibilisation face aux victimes et aux dommages causés par la seconde victimisation. Il a également entraîné une augmentation des budgets accordés aux services offerts aux personnes victimes. Malgré les contributions de ce mouvement à la victimologie, plusieurs critiques ont été adressées aux féministes et aux activistes provictimes.
