The ACR Foundation is a charitable organization established in Calgary. Alberta in 1995 to promote: Scientifically designed clinical trials on alternative cancer therapies, and; basic research on the cause of cancer. It is one of the only organizations in North America that is edicated to changing the direction of cancer research. The Foundation will interact with medical organizations in the design, conduct and interpretation of basic will interact with medical organizations in the design, conduct and interpreation of basic and clinical research. Medical Professionals will review various alternative therapy proposals and advise the Foundation of which are the most appropriate to support. The Foundation provides information on alternative therapies and cancer prevention.
