Manitoba Department of Education, Training and Youth. Adult Literacy and Continuing Education develops, co-ordinates and funds community-based literacy programs and workplace-based skills training in cooperation with community groups, industry and labour. Funds Adult Learning Centres which provide programming that leads towards the attainment of senior 1 to senior 4 credits, including related literacy and tutorial supports to attain these credits, and high school completion.
