[L'agronome pédologue] détermine les particularités des sols (fertilité, degré de perméabilité, acidité, etc.), suit l'évolution des sols à la ferme, conseille les producteurs agricoles et les agronomes relativement à la meilleure utilisation des terres, la saine gestion des sols et la protection de l'environnement.
