The Government may appoint, from among the advocates authorized by law to practice their profession in Québec, one or more Attorney General's prosecutors, hereinafter called "prosecutors".

OBS

The prosecutors shall represent the Attorney General before the courts of criminal jurisdiction and before the courts of mixed jurisdiction when they exercise their jurisdiction in criminal matters.
