Le jargon administratif ou «gobbledygook». [...] Ce dialecte spécial, réservé par les agents de l'État ou les politiciens aux administrés, a été ainsi baptisé par un certain Maury Maverick, représentant démocrate du Texas, qui trouvait que le langage de l'Administration ressemblait au glouglou du dindon (glouglou se dit en anglais «gobble».)
