Fondations par caissons flottants. Ce procédé consiste à décharger les couches de terrain sous-jacent d'un poids égal ou supérieur à celui de la construction future. Lorsque la construction est édifiée, en charge, la réaction transmise sur le mauvais sol est égale à celle que les couches sous-jacentes supportaient auparavant.
