The Canadian Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths is dedicated to solving the mystery of sudden and unexpected infant deaths, and to the emotional support of those who are affected. We promote and support high quality and innovative research into the causes of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and its effect on families; conduct public education and awareness programs about issues relating to SIDS; provide current and accurate information and emotional support to families who have suffered the devastating experience of an infant death due to SIDS.
