The Canadian Ceramic Society was established in 1932 when the Canadian National Clay Products Association (formed in 1901) and the Canadian Enamellers' Association (formed in 1930) joined forces to study and deal with problems. The Society has grown steadily into a full fledged International Organization offering its membership both technical and social functions, current published literature plus the chance to advance their professional careers through association and education.
