The CCAC of Peel is a non-profit organization which enables people of all ages to access health care and personal support services, to help them live independently or with their families in the community. The CCAC helps clients and their family members learn about long-term care facilities, guides them through the application process, and also serves as a central source of information and referral to other community health agencies and support groups.
