Béton. Mortier de ciment. Ces matériaux ont tendance à poussiérer, en «s’effritant» (phénomène accru avec l’âge du matériau). Par leur porosité naturelle et leur grain de surface, ils s’encrassent, en accrochant les salissures et souillures diverses. Ils sont sensibles à certains agents chimiques, et notamment aux acides, même faibles.
