DEF

A rare, slow-growing, histologically benign intracranial neoplasm that is commonly located in the ventricular system.

OBS

On gross pathologic examination, CPPs appear as lobulated encapsulated masses. They are neuroectodermal in origin and similar in structure to a normal choroid plexus.
