Aspiration manuelle - Temps essentiel de l'EEC [extraction extra-capsulaire] moderne, c'est une véritable dissection anatomique intracristallinienne. - L'ablation du cortex cristallinien nécessite de préférence l'utilisation d'une canule à double courant (type canule de Binkhorst, de Pearce, de Simcoe, de MacIntyre, de Charleux, de Turut ou canule THX). Il paraît préférable d'utiliser les canules à double courant à embout terminal.
