Of the Senate Committees. For the House of Commons Committees, the deputy chairs are called "vice-chairs".

CONT

Each committee also has a deputy chair who can preside over meetings of the committee in the absence of the chair. In essence, the deputy chair becomes the chair for the duration of the meeting with all the powers of the chair.
