OBS

These may be mechanical and result in cell breakage or depend on cell lysis induced by addition of solvent which affects the cell membrane, antibiotics or antimetabolites which disrupt or disorganize cell wall growth.

OBS

La rupture de cellule peut s'effectuer par broyage au mixer, autolyse par du toluène et parfois par pression accompagnée ou non d'un léger chauffage (cas de la zymase), par traitement à l'acétone et à l'éther; si toutes ces méthodes sont insuffisantes, on peut faire agir les ultra-sons.
