SCENES is a professional non-profit organization whose objectives are: to represent and express the professional concerns of those involved in English as a Second Language/Dialect (ESL/D) in Saskatchewan; to encourage communication among teachers of ESL/D in the province of Saskatchewan; to promote professional development among ESL/D educators in Saskatchewan to participate with other provincial ESL/D associations in professional development at the national level; to facilitate and encourage communication with educators of other languages.
