Certes, il y a au sein de la «nomenklatura» française [...] une caste à part, cette «Enaklatura» que Michel Schiffres vient de cerner et de baptiser. Mais ne pourrait-on en dire autant des X, des normaliens, des centraliens ? Au point qu'on peut se demander si l'ENA, la plus jeune des grandes écoles, créée en 1945, ne correspond pas à un besoin profond de la société française.
