The objective of this Fund is to provide unitholders with both a reasonable income return and long-term capital appreciation through a strategic mix of the assets of the fund between many mutual funds having different classes of assets. In accordance with this strategic mix, 55% of the assets of the fund will be invested in mutual funds that invest primarily in fixed income securities and 45% in mutual funds that invest primarily in growth securities.
