Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Information Management Resource Centre. The GOL MWG (Government On-Line Metadata Working Group) advises Treasury Board Secretariat on metadata issues and develops guidance for federal departments and agencies. Sub-groups study various metadata-related subjects, such as search engines, tools, thesauri, e-learning metadata, and training. Membership includes representatives from over 28 departments.

Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor, Centre des ressources de la gestion de l'information. Le GTGEDM (Groupe de travail du Gouvernement en direct sur les métadonnées) fournit des avis au Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor (SCT) sur les questions reliées aux métadonnées et développe des lignes directrices à l'intention des ministères et agences du gouvernement fédéral. Des sous-groupes étudient des sujets spécifiques reliés aux métadonnées, comme par exemple : les engins de recherche, les outils, les thésauri, les métadonnées appliquées au matériel d'apprentissage en ligne, ainsi que la formation. Le Groupe de travail est composé de représentants en provenance de plus de 28 ministères.
