An initiative of the Niagara Health Quality Coalition. The Health Care Advisory Committee was established to augment the health care planning process in the Western New York area. The HCAC is an independent board that: reviews selected issues such as new or expanded technology, new or expanded services, and capital expenditures, makes judgements on these issues, and communicates its decisions to the health care community.
