"Full national mobility for Canada's engineers became a reality in June 1999, when CCPE's 12 member associations/ordre signed this agreement. The Canadian Engineering Qualification Board (CEQB) played a key role in drafting the agreement, which eliminates the requirement for Canadian engineers to be registered for five consecutive years in one province or territory before they can easily obtain a full license in a secondjurisdiction or in multiple jurisdictions"
