The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health, known more commonly as ICF, is a classification of health and health-related domains. These domains are classified from body, individual and societal perspectives by means of two lists: a list of body functions and structure, and a list of domains of activity and participation. Classification internationale du fonctionnement, du handicap et de la santé (CIF). Nouveau membre de la famille des classifications internationales de l'OMS [Organisation mondiale de la santé], la CIF décrit comment les gens font face à leurs problèmes de santé. Il s'agit d'une classification de la santé et des domaines liés à la santé décrivant les structures et fonctions organiques, les activités et la participation. Les domaines sont classés du point de vue de l'organisme, de celui de la personne en tant qu'individu et de celui de la personne en tant qu'être social.
