In 2001, the Department of Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC) built Corporate Management System (CMS) to assist management and staff to deliver departmental FAS and HR services. The CMS design replaced Local Management Support System (LMSS) and integrated the corporate FAS and HR Systems.
