OBS

Se dividen en dos tipos: linfocitos B y linfocitos T. Los linfocitos B proporcionan la respuesta humoral, es decir, crean anticuerpos, que son proteínas elaboradas para neutralizar una sustancia o partícula que el organismo reconoce como extraña y que llamamos antígeno. Los linfocitos T son responsables de la inmunidad celular, actuando directamente contra el antígeno, produciendo sustancias que lo destruyan o estimulado a otras células para que lo hagan, lo que constituye la respuesta inmune adquirida.
