The male phenotype of Turner's syndrome, with short stature, webbed neck, low nuchal hairline, low-set ears, and cubitus valgus; valvular pulmonary stenosis, rather than coarctation of the aorta, is often present.

CONT

The Noonan syndrome is usually manifested by short stature, webbing of neck, mental retardation, hypertelorism, epicanthus, ptosis of the eyelids, high-arched palate, abnormal chest configuration, a high incidence of right-sided congenital heart lesions (commonly pulmonic stenosis or atrial septal defect), abnormal descent of the testes, and abnormal dermatoglyphics (most commonly low finger ridge count).
