Each institution prepares an Operational Communications Plan to indicate how its Strategic Communications Plan is to be implemented. This plan concentrates on the way in which communications is delivered. It includes expenditures for the various communications methods and activities (i.e. publishing advertising, audio-visual, expositions, media monitoring and public relations) in accordance with the definitions set out in Appendix A, for three years: past year, year just ending, and anticipated for the next year.  1, record 1, English, - Operational%20Communications%20Plan
