The Partnership and Advisory Forums will increase dialogue on northern economic development issues and will also help to increase capacity in delivering projects in the North. The funding will also assist in increasing knowledge, skills and understanding related to roles and responsibilities of the various players involved in economic development in the territory. The Partnership and Advisory Forums is not included in individual territorial investment plans, i.e. program delivery arrangements and criteria will be established separately from this investment plan.

Les Forums en faveur des partenariats et de la consultation permettront d’intensifier le dialogue sur les questions de développement économique dans le Nord et permettront aussi d’améliorer la capacité de réaliser des projets dans le Nord. Le financement contribuera aussi à l’amélioration du savoir, des habiletés et de la compréhension en lien avec le rôle et les responsabilités des différents acteurs impliqués dans le développement économique des territoires. Les Forums en faveur des partenariats et de la consultation ne font pas partie du plan individuel d’investissements territoriaux; les ententes et les critères relatifs à la réalisation des programmes seront donc établis séparément à partir de ce plan d'investissement.
