"The PRLIP forms part of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP). It provides life insurance for Public Service managers (Section 4.23.2 B refers) who retire with an immediate continuing pension benefit (reduced or unreduced) under the Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA) on or after January 1, 1989.
