[...] En español, para indicar esta idea y dependiendo del contexto, se pueden emplear expresiones como "primera reunión" o "primer encuentro", "reunión/encuentro inicial", ["reunión/encuentro] inaugural, ["reunión/encuentro] de arranque" o "[reunión/encuentro] de lanzamiento", que resultan claras y tienen ya bastante uso.
