A vessel, which receives, holds, and allows measurement of all the milk from an individual animal.

CONT

In pipeline recorder milking installations, milk flows directly from the cluster into a rigidly mounted calibrated glass recorder jar where the milk is intercepted and held to allow measurement of the total individual cows milk yield.
