The Registrar-General may (a) approve the form and content of any notice, application, form or evidence of service that may be filed at the Land Titles Office under this Division and (b) set and charge reasonable fees to municipalities and tax sale purchasers for the filing of notices and applications under this Division in a Land Titles Office.
