The conceptual design for the cover and liner proposed for the Port Hope Project Long Term Waste Management Facility, as detailed in the Preliminary Engineering Design Report [Volume 1, LLRWMO-1340-PDD-12001, Revision 0, July 2006] (the Report) is considered to be generally sound.
